Drastically reducing calories will put unnecessary burden on the body. It will cause you weakness and make you tired, as well as slow down metabolic rate. This is not the best way to lose weight.
When you want to reduce 500 calories, focus more on reducing carbohydrate intake. I don’t advise completely giving up carbs.
