Pain is a constant companion when you injure your back. It can range from mild to extreme. It can alter your life, your job, and your daily routine. I went to see a dog trainer after rescuing my dog Roxy from the pound some years ago. The first thing the trainer told me was, “Hey, first I need to train you and teach you how to be with your dog.The dog already knows what to do,it is you who doesn’t know.” That was an amazing discovery for me.
